Greeting "IFO Impro Fest"
Finally offline - who would have thought just a few years ago that this announcement would make the theater scene more than happy? But after years of digitally presenting, learning, practicing and practicing, the community is certainly excited to be meeting again "live and in color".
Sure: last year the time window was simply favorable: just before the third lockdown, nine international and national artists came to the Tor 6 Theaterhaus and celebrated an improvisation festival with the participants and guests._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_
But then it was over again.
But now it should be back: the Impro Fest Online will become the Impro Fest Offline. Bielefeld is well on the way to becoming an annual meeting place for quality, international improvisational theatre. Guests from India, the USA, Switzerland, Luxembourg and all over Germany are arriving, as are around 150 participants. And the spectators will certainly get their money's worth.
I wish you everything that makes a successful festival: great artists, committed participants, enthusiastic spectators and a moving atmosphere that makes the festival something special.
We wish you lots of fun meeting, moving and celebrating together
Pit Clausen, mayor and patron
